Once the right people have been identified and are committed as board members of the AAC, the next step requires the services of an attorney as well as the funds to register the organization. |

The first task of the organization is to embark on and complete, the most extensive research project ever undertaken. Information gathered during this phase will be used to justify industrial accountability |

Funds are required to provide income for 2 full time active directors and the establishment and running of a full time office. Approximately R50000 per month is needed for this step. |

Influential people who believe in the objectives of the AAC and who benefit the organization by becoming board members are needed. |
